Submit your idea

Send us a DM on Instagram @atinan.studio or fill in our commission order form with your concept, reference images, and keycap details.

Commission review

We’ll review your request and let you know whether we’re able to take it on, along with any initial questions about your design.

Design consultation

We’ll discuss your idea in detail — theme, colors, character, and any special requirements — to make sure we understand your vision perfectly.

Sketch &
quotation

We’ll prepare an initial sketch and provide a full quotation including the price and estimated production time for your approval.

Payment

Once you approve the sketch and quote, payment is made through Wise. Production begins after payment is confirmed.

Production

Your piece is carefully handmade from scratch. Each keycap is sculpted, painted, and detailed with love — small variations are part of its handmade character.

Progress & final check

We’ll share progress photos and a final photo of the completed piece for your approval before it is packed and shipped.

Shipping

Your keycap is carefully packed and shipped to you. We’ll send you the tracking information once your parcel is on its way.
