Submitting a commission form is a request only. It does not guarantee that your commission will be accepted, and no payment is required when submitting the initial request.

Each Atinan.Studio keycap is individually handmade.

After reviewing your idea and reference images, Atinan.Studio will contact you to confirm the design direction, quotation, estimated production time, and availability.

Small differences in color, texture, shape, positioning, and hand-painted details are natural parts of the handmade process. These variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Your commission is confirmed only after the request has been accepted and the required payment has been received and verified.

Please note that colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

4. SKETCH AND REVISIONS

Reference images are used as design guidance.

You will receive a sketch before production begins. Minor revisions may be requested during the sketch stage according to the revision allowance agreed upon in our conversation.

Some details may be simplified, repositioned, or adapted to suit the small scale, structure, function, and durability of a keycap.

Revisions involving the base shape, main pose, fundamental structure, or a completely new concept may require a new quotation.

The finished piece will be created in the artistic style of Atinan.Studio and may not be an exact miniature copy of the reference image.

Once the design has been approved and production has begun, changes involving the base shape or fundamental structure cannot be made, as this would require remaking the piece from scratch.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Full payment is required before production begins unless another arrangement has been explicitly confirmed by Atinan.Studio.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before production has begun.

Available payment methods will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Your production slot is secured only after payment has been received and verified.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the piece is made specifically for you.

Please do not include passwords, full card information, or other sensitive financial information in the order form.

If Atinan.Studio is unable to complete your commission, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the uncompleted order.

The estimated production time will be provided before payment.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the number of orders in the queue, material availability, and the handmade process.

Production time does not include shipping time.
